Ok, so I'm staying long on BYDS. Now, do we vote for or against the proposal to increase the number of shares reserved for issuance in the company's stock option plan by 300,000 to an aggregate of 750,000? I think yes, feeling that the "employees" in the option plan will want to increase value more. Looking at the names/photos of the mgmt team, How 'bout that Chip Foose, Chief Designer? And, it's nice to have a photo of Lisa. Seems to be a real family oriented business with Boyd Jr. and Diane in there also. (both Coddingtons). I still haven't gotten down to their store to buy my tee shirt yet, but I will. I'll even buy one for *AV* when this stock hits 6 1/2. |
