This makes the total common shares of Purewater Sciences International Inc. stock owned by Maxima, equal to approximately 54% of the total authorized stock. Ok, so Maxima only owned 54% of the stock, any idea who owned the remainder? Is this why Gus was around so long after Johnny came onto the scene? I recall a post by Gordon Gekko that stated that Gus admitted to him that he was selling into all the run ups (June-August 1998). I ask, because in my typing out the lawsuit filed by Roberts and Shaw, they allege that Johnny came to them already owning shares, representing shareholders....... I wondered about this.
