Glenn,

I believe it is accurate to say there is a general correlation between INSS and the NWX but not necessarily a tight relationship. If I don't include INSS with the other networkers, then with whom? Perhaps other outsourcing firms for technical consulting. Only I've never heard of such a grouping.
So INSS didn't go up today because it was missed as money found its way to the larger networkers. When they become more highly valued on fundamentals some investors will start looking for networking stocks which haven't participated and then INSS jumps another 25%. The momentum buyers get a sniff and another 25%. Soon it $34 and I'll still be wondering how to value it. During this time they beat expectations and earning estimates are raised to my goal of $.50 for f98.
In other words I haven't a clue why they didn't go up today or what they will do tomorrow.
