I Chaz, I don't have enough expertise to know what Siebel is really doing with their own APIs to know how much of an impact it has on a customer's decision to use its own integration software or third-party software. More important, see below... All, Isn't E. A. I. one of the basic forms of middleware? And didn't Moore write in both manuals (I'm out of town) that middleware is NOT the space of a gorilla game? And if I'm correct, why is he now saying that it is? —Mike Buckley
