I was under that impression, until I caught a snippet in th last few days that only 8 stations in Japan broadcast HDTV. I must have misread that snippet. In any event, any kind of TV is grossly undersold by PC's and that was the point I was trying to make. In the US, the slow adoption of HDTV has caused a small company I follow (HAUP) to drop from clause to $50 to around $7 recently.
