How about a tax on pickups. And an added, excise tax on pickups with wheels. With a surtax if the junker has a steering wheel. And a usage tax for a gun rack. In addition, a luxury tax if the pickup has a tail gate. What do you mean these wouldn't change your life. I've got to drop Big Al a note proposing all these dream taxes on good-ole-boy-wanna-be's. You ain't seen nothing yet, Shootie, aka "like a rock."
