Greg, I said "if SEBL gathers some strength" its relative strength has drooped slightly but if MA's help support it for gathering strength, it could join the many other major techs in breakouts its daily stochastic indicator may have just crossed over into downcycle which would support your less optimistic view my analysis was not thorough it needs on this next minicycle to gather some forces, find support from MA's and other buying support in low/mid 90's still needs a little more cooking, but could happen soon I did NOT say it was in breakout mode only close we will see / jim
