Ok, I don't think it will and I don't even think it's close. I believe SEBL will go down, to the mid 80's then start right back up. What all SEBL owners should be watching is ORCL application numbers. The qr. ORCL beats those numbers (as long as they are not lowered) will be the qr. that SEBL will begin to feel the heat from ORCL, that might never happen, but it's something to look for. As of now, SEBL is getting the benefit of the doubt.
