Jonathan needed a good lawyer, or a big brokerage house behind him. He did nothing more or less than the brokers do every day. "Baseless price predictions" what other kinds are there. Target price $70 or $55? The SEC picks on helpless little shrimp and lets the sharks get away with murder.
