So INSS didn't go up today because it was missed as money found its way
to the larger networkers. When they become more highly valued on
fundamentals some investors will start looking for networking stocks
which haven't participated and then INSS jumps another 25%

BAY went down today and they would be considered a large networker. BAY was one of the few that I can find that do not go up.

I suspect there are more outsourcing firms. I will do a search when I get some time.
