I would take Wayne's comments seriously for a couple of reasons - his character and his position as an insider.

Wayne was a long-time poster (as wayne777) on Raging Bull who always produced serious content for the benefit of the participants in that message board. He always seemed to be a very straight-forward guy, not given to hype. Many of the West Coast members of that board have met him and could confirm those impressions. Prior to accepting a position with e.Digital he was a U.S. Army officer and a West Point graduate.

Second, he is an insider at e.Digital and understands fully his responsibilities in dealing with shareholders. There would be very serious repercussions to any employee who intentionally misled an investor in a public company. There are also strict limits on the amount and kind of information that can be released under the new public disclosure rules of the SEC (which go into effect in October). I suspect that Wayne is well aware of these rules and provided the kind of guidance that is permissible under them.

Putting the message from CRQ in that context, I would say that Wayne was confirming that events would unfold rapidly over the next two months and that the changes will create a dramatic change in the current perception of the company. In my opinion, he was also reiterating that the recent shareholder letter was not "hype" or even referring to far-off developments, but rather contained specific project descriptions that would be realized and announced in the near future.
