Dave,

Thanks for your comments. You are correct about employee's like to complain about management, but when I hear the same stories from different people and I think I know they really want to work, then something seems to be wrong.

As far as the stock price, I made lots of money in the past and made a big mistake of putting too much money into EDS based on past performance. The last 8 years has proven to be a bad decision on my part. I broke the rule of over investing in one stock.

EDS could be a great company if they would step up to the plate and fix the real problems rather then continue to paint this grand picture of how well they are being run. I look for a poor earnings report with the poor excuse of the EURO falling rather than the poor middle management simple doing nothing but blaming other for their lack of leadership. I always have been concerned with EDS ability to develop programs. 30 percent overhead on nothing but tracking the project and 10 percent looking if they are meeting the contract is very high development cost. I have to think these figures are correct based on my information from several people, but I CAN'T VERIFY THEM.

I question the contacts they obtained in Europe with the large number of people they obtained with the contract. The operating margin has to go up and the rules and regulation that has to be followed in those countries for employees makes the contract less attractive.

All of this IMHO from watching EDS for the past 20 years.

Brandon
