On the other hand, you can get the system with the least memory and buy the same Samsung brand name 256Mb PC800 ECC sticks for $605 from the link below for $605x8=$4840 and save $700 over the Dell price: shopper.cnet.com Now, let's compare that to SDRAM PC133 ECC 256Mb sticks from Crucial: crucial.com SDRAM PC133 ECC 256Mb CL2 = $450 x 8 = $3600.
