Absolutely!!!!!! The SEC has better things to do than track down posters who are running P & D schemes. IF people lose money because they bought a stock that was part of a manipulation or P & D and... bought that stock based solely on an email, newsletter rec or a post then so be it. I am a successful OTCBB trader.... Why? Because I learned my lessons the HARD WAY. THE HARD WAY IS THE BEST WAY. I GOT TAKEN IN BY THESE PEOPLE WHEN I FIRST STARTED TRADING PENNIES... I lost my a$$ several times before I learned to do the work myself. Again though, the government is in the business of protecting people from their own laziness and idiocy. That is another reason why I have to give away HALF of all I make to the Federal and State govt... so we can deliver a free ride. we should learn a lesson from the animals: "Survival of the Fittest", "Eat or be eaten" etc... Oh, I better stop now... politics and taxes are soap box subjects for me.... Tom
