TRGA, an old rat put here at the 52w low, and did a 1400% return, has news today, CDIC has earnings/sales news today,
as for BIPL, no idea at all as I haven't talked to them for a long time.
FONR is at $2, as I predicted to Blue Cheap, it may trade in the 1.75-2.00 range for awhile, downside risk is 1.44 Keep an eye on developments, it has a history of moving on news.
