It is still too early to say for sure but just noticed that the DOW is up 40 points and the NAZ is at negative 23. SECTOR ROTATION maybe? As mention in previous post, it is the conventional belief that once a sector rallies the others will follow, but for the last 1 1/2 years we have had SECTOR ROTATION where one sector moves up at the expense of another. And so far there is hint that such may be happening. Again its to early to say for sure. My point is that we should not ignore the possibility of SECTOR ROTATION rather than the convention approach.
