max, this latest PR is very good news on several fronts IMO:

1) puts to bed capacity concerns of analysts raised of late.
2) expands presence in China with "senior officials from China Telecom and China Netcom" at the opening ceremony. This is important as they are the largest teleco operators in China and realize that less than 50% of the population in this developing country has telephone service (let along internet access).
3) lowers manufacturing cost and provides global production cost balancing in attempts to temper currency fluctuations.

I like this PR as follow-on to yesterday's news.

PS (OT) - you buying ALLP? Nice base at 15 - 16 range. Positive EU trials on Oxygent and with all the recent news on blood shortages, should bode well. Also understand Imagent should get final FDA letter as follow-on to their tentative approval in the near future.
