Play Co. Toys & Entertainment Corp. Announces Two Year Strategic Partnership
SAN MARCOS, Calif., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Play Co. Toys & Entertainment
Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLCO) ("Play Co. Toys" or the "Company" for Play
Co. Toys and subsidiaries collectively) announced that its Toys
International.COM, Inc. subsidiary (trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
under the symbol Ty40) finalized a two year strategic partnership with a major
European Telecommunications company.
Chief Executive Officer, Richard Brady stated, "We are pleased to announce
that we have finalized an agreement with one of Europe's largest
Telecommunication companies. This two-year partnership will provide Toys
International with a strong partner that can deliver the necessary bandwidth
capacity along with the streaming servers required for the launch of our new
website. In addition Toys International will have access to the partner's
backbone network and they will host the Toys International servers that will
provide editorial, animation and other e-commerce functions."
"In addition, the new strategic partner is a leader in broadband
technology and will be instrumental in the launch of our website on
October 25th. We anticipate very heavy traffic to the new site at the launch
and beyond. We have teamed up with best in Europe to assure our customers

In addition, we will combine marketing efforts to assure that the launch of
our new site is successful. For its part, Toys International will promote the
partner in all of its news and print media including but not limited to the
launch on October 25th. In addition, Toys International will feature the
partner's logo as a sponsor of the 30 television episodes, which will air on
RTL in Germany starting November 13th. We anticipate a joint press release in
the very near future on the partnership."
