Anticipation of On Semiconductor(Motorola) signing on with SEMI; created a rumor to buy. So far, no one can sell on the news. It is amazing, that investors all understood that distributors invest on new companies, and they get rewarded with territory of an established company. On Semiconductor may give SEMI a territory worth $100 million per year of extra business. So, we have to wait until October before the news can be confirmed according to the latest rumor. However, I know that SEMI had old dealings with Motorola; and it never took so long. Maybe they are waiting for the inventory to be stocked before the announcement. So, we have to look st the option contract volume to see if anything unusual had happened? Any insider leaks, that is?
