There was an interview with a Legg Mason (I think) analyst in which the interviewer noted that Allaire is talking to their attorney's about buying back up some stock. The interviewer (I think) came up with the 5 mil, and while the analyst said he thought it was a good idea and that they would likely do it, the number would be more like 3 mil - enough to make a difference, but not to significantly deplete cash reserves
