Look at what happened to Workperfect now !!! With MSFT giving away their browser, I do not know how much longer can NSCP claim the leader position. The best way to break the Monopoly game is to merge with NOVL. The merger can allows NSCP to give a way the browser and at the same time leverage NOVL customer base to sell the Internet/Intranet solution. NSCP holding 80% of the desktop browser, and NOVL holding 60% of the NOS market, NSCP + NOVL will create a very strong competitive force again MSFT in the Internet/Intranet market.
