Just saw a report on CNBC thats says prices of oil should stabilize and slowly drop to about $28 a barrel by middle to end of 2001. If true, the forward looking market should start to react to this about November-February...I would think.

G.....a November rally is just what everyone is looking for. But first they have to have the regular October sell off, eh?

Seems to simple, and thats what everyone is expecting, so it probably wont happen that way. <g>

Maybe we get the sell off this month and the rally begins in October?
