SAN JOSE, CA, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - Hybrid Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: HYBR), the
worldwide leader in MMDS fixed broadband wireless Internet-access systems,
today announced that Look Communications Inc. (CDNX: LKC) has ordered Hybrid's
MCS wireless system for the first phase of its plan to provide two-way fixed
broadband wireless Internet service to its customers throughout Canada.
The order will cover Phase I of Look Communications' effort to expand its
offerings to all its business and residential customers to include two-way
Internet access. The company will rollout Phase I in Toronto, Oshawa, and

access.
"Look's deployment of transmitter cell sites covering such key markets is
a significant endorsement of our technology," said Michael D. Greenbaum,
president and CEO of Hybrid Networks. "While a handful of competitors are
testing equipment in trials, our products have proven to be successful in 51
deployments in countries around the world, including Canada."

population densities at a low cost by providing maintenance, management, and
operations from Look's main network operation centers.
"Look has deployed both one-way and two-way high-speed Hybrid systems to
