Baird, no question that GBT is wildly undervalued here - dear Lord, the market cap at present is under $145 million - unless the CEO stole all the money and spent it in Vegas, there is no way that GBT's properties are not worth several times that (after backing out debt). Also, GBT is mostly financed already. And those who buy here will be richly rewarded (heck under 6 even I'm thinking of plunging back in, LOL!), but as always the question is: how long to wait? There are opportunity costs associated with this (I gave the example of JNPR and CFLO a few days ago, both of which were consistently gaining while GBT sank - I'd have missed them if I had my capital tied up in a sinking GBT). Is a turnaround in the telecom sector imminent? The Europeans are panicking and that's spreading here. This too shall pass, but I hate waiting and I hate dead money.

Good luck!

Morgan

P.S. Damn, I'm getting ready to buy GBT today - the 5.75 and under price just looks too tempting, LOL!
