Sean,

I bought and sold Spartech twice in the past.
In the past I have entered in the low $20/share range
only to see rather abrupt rises in the share price.
I question whether crude oil prices will erode margins on their business, at least temporarily.
This could be creating a buying opportunity.
I have not reviewed the last 2 earnings reports.
