Sly> Head on over to your nearest Best Buy. Same size RP HDTV sets vs. conventional RP ones are within a few hundred of each other now. Been there and done that and also know there are lots of looking, but few buyers. Yes a nice thing to have but many more important things needed by the average consumer. I have Dish Network with 200 plus channels including live Japanese T.V. and can afford to buy HDTV but really spend less than 3 hours a day watching ESPN sports and the History/Discovery channel. Until it is clearly a great improvement / benefit with programming to match it ain't going to happen. regards Don
