So NiceGuy isn't intentionally misleading. What difference does that make when the fool on the other end doesn't know the difference and loses his shirt as a result? Is he less poor if people like NiceGuy are just plain stupid rather than deceitful? If the SEC's intention is to protect us from ourselves, it should make no difference what the intent is of the person who posts the false information. It does harm and people are damaged as a result. I don't want to be protected from either one.
