I thought SBC goal was 1,000,000 lines for the entire year 2000. I believe I've read that in mutiple places. So I dont know where you got 400K for the quarter? Unless the year is very much back ended in terms of installation.

250,000 a quarter would be 19,000 a week though so you are right, that cannot be a weekly number.

That said, SBC is by far the most aggressive deployer in USA.
