<Can i ask you if you store something as a precaution against diaster and you release it you are left without anything to fall back on correct?> My understanding is that the energy problem at the moment is related to supplies of the 'complex' and not crude. Opening the SPR would add crude, but wouldn't have an immediate effect on the other prices. In any case I can't really imagine that $37 oil is an emergency... if that' s the case we're in trouble IMO. DAK
