Obviously you didn't like my joke!

I also agree with you this company is very legitimate! Right now Zappa is a SCREAMING BUY, but untill the negative psycology changes or some awesome results come out the price will remain stagnant. I also believe drill results from the La Plata, just might be the thing that starts an upward price movement.

CLEARING CORPORATIONS
During a trading day an exchange member will be both buyer and seller of many listed stocks. Instead of each member making a separate settlement with another member, a designated CENTRAL CLEARING SYSTEM handles the daily settlement process between members. By using a central clearing system the number of certificates and the amount of cash that has to change hands among the various members each day is substantially reduced. The clearing system establishes and confirms a credit or debit cash balance for each member firm, compiles their settlement sheets and instructs each member of the securities it must deliver to balance its account.

In Canada their are two CLEARING CORPORATIONS: The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS), and West Canada Clearing Corporation (WCCC). I strongly believe that CEDE is the American or Internation Clearing corp.

I have qouted this out of my Canadian Securities Hand book, Page 1-53. My point is that each of us has a brokerage firm, and these brokerage firms are members of CDS, so our shares are included in the 16.2 million at CDS and CEDE. I hope I've made myself clear on this issue.
