Bob,

With all respects, I visit various SI threads where I believe their investment discussion is similar to my goals. When I have an investment idea, or in this case an update on an idea I have previously shared, am I to pick only "one" of these threads to share my idea?

I don't feel my message is in any way spamming, rather the message was similar on each thread or not. I was not advertising anything to anyone. I was sharing an investment idea/update on SI sites who's discussion description match my investment goals and the particular investment idea I was sharing.
