Hi all - according to a MA newspaper, where BAS is based, ADCT has actually tried to buy another co riverdelta.com but was rebuffed. So, it is fair to say ADCT wants to get into this segment bad. She might have paid a steep premium for BAS, but my guess is that she has also had a fair degree of understanding the market potential in this space. best, Bosco best, Bosco
