My brother talked with Steve Bethke today. Here is what he found out.

First the good news. The next 10Q will be out in October. ATTP should see triple percentage gains. Mr. Bethke expects this every quarter in the foreseeable future.

Now, with regard to the increased outstanding/float. Mr. Bethke says the float is about 7 million and the outstanding is about 20 million, which is also the authorized. He says the outstanding was primarily increased by some recent 144s which are restricted and cannot be traded for one year. He says the float has been increased by some 144s from one and two years ago which were recently registered.

He also stated that the PR firm got several hundred thousand shares.

All in all he sounded very optimistic about the business and was looking forward to increased growth and profits.
