Hey ! I am really baffled on this one ! I think that Mark investments is a shell owned by DW, which he used to funnel the 1.9 million he was given by Camelot into the purchase of controlling interest in Meteor. Now Metero has truned brown and smelly since DW took over, losing 87% of it's value. For DW to print stock totaling 49% of itst stock for a cmmpany that has nothing but 57% stock in another worthless operation, is simply mind numbing. Oh and don't forget there was another 1.5 plus "other considerations" clause. I wonder if this is to forgive the loan that CANL gave DW. WOuldn't this be convenient. Interesting where Camelot feels it is appropriate to put stockholder dollars... You know that now DW will control an overwhelming majority of CAML stock... something in the over 90% range. Of course it will leave current stockholders without any real say whatsoever!! Perhaps this is why he doesn't any longer need the special meeting. Two things were to be voted upon. The 1 for 20 for 1 split and increasing the ceiling on stock issues to over 100 MILLION shares. I guess he wanted to be able to print more stock to give himself... I just, at this point anyway, do not get it. If DW spent nearly as much time building a successful business as he did designing stock deal between him and himself, he might have made Camelot work ??? I wish someone could tell me where he thinks he is going with all of this. He has now built an empire, all based on Camelot, which does not produce ANYTHING AT ALL !!!! Where IS the BEEF ???
