Charles, it is not hard to figure it out. Dell's europe earnings as a percentage of total earnings could be smaller than that of Intel. Even according to MSFT CFO, US and Asia are strong, Europe is weak. On top of that, I think that Intel also probably didn't handle the euro hedging correctly.
