We would like to formally invite all Track Data shareholders
to Track Data’s annual meeting.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2000 at
10:00am and will be held at our corporate headquarters,
located at 95 Rockwell Place, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Lunch will be served after the meeting.
If you plan to attend, please contact Steve Gelman at
Steven_Gelman@tdc.com to RSVP and for directions to our
office. We ask that you RSVP no later than September 29,
2000. If you plan to stay for lunch we strongly urge that
you RSVP because we will only be making lunch arrangements
for people we know will be staying for lunch.
Naturally, your transportation and accommodation
arrangements are your own decisions. We’re not in a
position to make these arrangements for you. However,
if you are going to be coming from out of town and plan
to stay at a hotel in the area, we are happy to announce
that Track Data will contribute a total of $100 towards
the cost of your hotel room. In order to receive the
$100, please send a photocopy of your hotel bill to:

Please note: the $100 is a one-time offer that is
only applicable to your hotel accommodations for the
annual meeting if you are a TRAC shareholder. The
offer is limited to one per hotel room. (In other
words, if you stay in a hotel room with your spouse,
you’ll receive a total $100, even if both of you are
TRAC shareholders and regardless of how many nights
you stay.)
For your convenience, we have listed below several
area hotels and their base rate. Please note that
there are many hotels in New York at all different
price ranges. We recommend that you use one of the
many travel resources available on the Internet to get
the best possible rates. We also recommend that you
make your reservations soon, as many hotels are
already booked up.
