Yes I can agree to that. Don't want to even mention the symbol. Mr. Metals brought this one to the boards attention last year and it has gone through 3 periods of "hightened" activity. This company's largest customer is a company traded currently on the NYSE but the that customers management team has put together a buyout proposal to take the NYSE company private. Now this little unnamed OTC company has the same majority owner as the acquiring management group of the NYSE company. Is it possible that this little OTC company might be taken private as well. The OTC company IPO'd in 1996 at around $8.00 since then it has lost 99% of its market cap. Valued at closing price today it has a market cap of $440,000 as confirmed by the American Stock Transfer agent at 212-936-5100. The company is current on all filings. Annual report is due this month and the company assures me it will be filed. Who is this company? My guess is SSP will figure it out in 6.5 minutes.
