Danny Boy is very recognizable!! The real "Mystery Man" is Rick Whittington from B of A. He's the guy who DOWNGRADED INTC on 9/13 from STRONG BUY to MARKET PERFORM only to UPGRADE it to a BUY on 9/19 with a $70 price target. CNBC also reported that, on the 20th, he further upped the target to $75, and that they have placed several calls to this guy with no response to date.
