Sorry for my absence.
In response to your question, I believe you will see an indication from the company in the very near future that they are working through the "process".
It would be pure speculation on timing as to when this will be over, so I wont venture there at this time.
But, you can be assured that the company has this as one of its top priorities and is dilligently pursuing a conclusion to this issue.
