. . . . . . Intel Manipulation Questions: . . . . . .

Remember the Bank of America analyst, Rick Whittington, who downgraded Intel last Friday, then upgraded Intel 2 days later? Well 2 days after that Intel issues a surprise earnings warning, which shocks the markets! Now was he informed about the warning ahead of the rest of the street, as analysts typically are?

And if he did know about it ahead of time, did he issue his original downgrade on this news? Or did he issue the downgrade based on genuine analysis, then issued the UPgrade AFTER he knew of the warning, in order to contribute towards artificially propping up the price? And was this done so that Bank of America large customers can exit before the pending market dump?

Or are we supposed to believe that Whittington knew absolutely NOTHING of the Intel warning, and that it caught him completely by surprise?

And if it caught him by surprise, then what sort of analyst is he?
