That's a feature of IE 5. You can disable it. Go to Tools (should be a pulldown at the top of any IE page you're on). Choose Internet Options. Click the content tab. Under Personal Information, click AutoComplete. CLick on that and uncheck all of the boxes.

IE5 is defaulted to use autocomplete unless you uncheck those boxes... it's not an SI thing, it should happen on other sites too where you fill in forms.
