Hi Steve,
We'll see the shoot first, ask questions later market tomorrow (and after hours today). This is why I have been stressing keeping plenty of dry powder available. NAZDAQ 3400 is still my target and we should have a lot of help getting there after INTC's news.

We will be facing a premiere buying opp very soon. Dipping the toe in the water may be approaching but keep the wallet locked in the safety deposit box for another few weeks is still my guess. It's hard to be patient with many good companies at relative bargain levels but I think we have some more heartaches in front of us before I open my purse strings.
