I was in the process of setting up custodial accounts for my kids and selling their mutual fund shares. Looks like my timing was perfect.

I don't expect a doubling in two weeks, but this is the catharsis we needed. Europe is probably heading into a recession, the Euro consumer is being squeezed by oil prices and currency weakness. That's the exact opportunity when AMD takes market share away from Intel. Brand names don't matter when you can barely afford a computer. The largest Brit computer firm started selling Duron and Athlon machines, and half their first day sales were AMD.

Its no coincidence that news came out on the same day Intel warned of slow Euro sales, which is really just the tip of the iceberg.

I may get a margin call sent tomorrow, but I will meet it, this is the buying opportunity of a lifetime.
