MYSTIC, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 2000--Kent Norton, currently Chief Information Officer of USA Video Interactive Corp. USVO (www.usvo.com), has been named the company's Chief Technology Officer in addition to his current duties.Norton replaces Ronald Patton, who remains in an advisory capacity for the company.

Additionally, two technology specialists have joined USA Video Interactive.

Jeff Lecce has joined USA Video Interactive as an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of customer orders and services.Lecce had been with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he was the project lead for a distributed engineering group tasked with designing, programming and automating a global Help Desk Reporting infrastructure.In addition to managing day-to-day operations, he also managed additional projects dealing with the future scheduled release of functionality, system sizing and growth, billing applications, and in-house applications to optimize the utilization of resources.Prior to CSC, Lecce worked with the State of Connecticut for three years as a Reimbursement Analyst, helping develop database applications designed to track and report on unique types of data.

Ernest Kinsler has joined USA Video Interactive as an Operations Engineer, responsible for optimizing the build and deployment operations of the encoding and streaming media solutions sold by the company.Kinsler worked with CSC for more than 18 years in a variety of roles including programming, LAN and WAN networking, advanced circuitry, Y2K upgrades, business proposals, and other areas of computer hardware and software services.
