The Intel announcement said capital spending would be $6 billion for 2000. Does anybody know if that represents a change from previous guidance?

BTW, I agree that it is likely that anything related to semiconductors is likely to sell off tomorrow on the news.

Intel's news would presumably have the most direct impact on stocks of companies that sell products primarily to PC makers. However, I wonder if there are also semiconductor companies that sell primarily to wireless and other non-PC related customers, whose business would not be similarly affected by the downturn that Intel is experiencing, and whether these stocks might get creamed in the same selloff. I was thinking this "throw out the baby with the bath" scenario might represent a useful buying opportunity, if it develops. Any ideas on stocks to watch for this effect?
