So at least we got one short spreading misinformation!!!! I want to
keep the suspense going a little longer before exposing Dales istake.
However I want to first check outour NEW urologist in this thread
Dr Edderd { # 1667 ). Just being cautious: I want to hold a real thread
on Vivus ( or any other stock ) however with INFORMED people ( I am not
interested in your name ) only in the truth as to whether you are a
physician ( you don't need to be a Urologist to understand Muse/ Alprostadil'
Muse is a prostaglandin. Prostaglandins are taught in 1st year medical
school.Any doctor will know. For example does everybody here I hope
realize that The New England Journal of Medicine is a MEDICAL Journal
for Inernists and NOT a UROLOGICAL Journal??? I don't know why they
published the Muse study ther instead of a Urological Journal; I would guess
prestige. It is one of the oldest most prestigious jouranals and
very hard to publish in it.
Back to Dr Edderd.Dr.Edderd if you are a physician as you say identify
yourself in terms of writting a quick reply to Dale Russel #1669 and
tell us in your own words how Regitine kills, whether it is available
as an oral form ( and if not why not ). I don't know your age so if
it has been a while since you have been out of medical school I will
understand since I know urologists don't use Regitine and you may
have forgotten after many years. In that case however I would like some
other proof that you are a physician by writting something urological
in strictly technical medical lingo including abbreviations. We should
be able to do this in a flash so that the faster I get your reply
the more believable it will be and I 'll know you didn't go in the
library and consult abook etc.
Meanwhile to Dale: Dale this is the why of " alittle knowledge is
dangerous " ;you thumbed in the wrong section of the PDR : you need
to look under the section " side effects " NOT under acute toxicity.
Dale .Docs don't intoxicate people and give them a lethal dose of a
drug buddy!!! That's murder!!!! The problems we encounter with
drugs are usually related to when you give the correct dose AND THEN
you get an unwanted side effect.The term you use " intoxication "
refers to when tou take a drug overdose : that usually occurs as an
accident ( children'); suicides;demented people;somebody trying to
murder somebody else ; anursing mistake ; a pharmacists mistake
(mislabeling).
