Hi JRI -- my take on the situation is similar yet slightly different. IMO, Dell is already waaay down precisely because of management credibility. In terms of the after hours percentage drop, it would probably be the same if Dell was trading at $50... it would be at 44-45 right now in after hours. Anyway, the selloff is way overdone IMO. Intel comes in a tad weak in Q3 by a couple of % points but still stronger than Q2 and they are what, down about 35% from their high of a few weeks ago? Gross margins of only 62% ?!?! Take em out behind the woodshed. Panic and Fear are much swifter and surer than greed. MEATHEAD
