CNC makes a nice target at these prices for someone. Don, are you factoring CNC's creditors in the equation? Even assuming that a potential buyer would somehow be privvy to the terms of the debt resettlement so that they could adequately gauge just what it is they'd be buying (and that is no small assumption), are the creditors likely to put up with a merger process, which from their point of view will only delay the process of getting their money back?
