No your not.

I've been watching CMOS for sometime now but there are several factors which have kept me on the sideline.
Techs have been hurt lately and little guys or obscure markets(not trendy) tend to recover last.
When the msft, intc, etc. steady and the #2 & #3 guys in each sector begin to move higher, you'll see guys like CMOS reach their bottom.
I'm betting that CMOS will be a most attractive buy in 2-3 weeks and then you'll see a noticeable climb.
