Jim. I sure hope you're right on the mid-20's. I've held this one way too long now. I've had it since it was almost 28.00; got greedy, didn't pay attention and didn't bail soon enough. Those who got in since last summer should be happy about now. Now that I've found Yahoo quotes (thanks to SI) I've found an easy way to pay closer attention. Dwane
